ROTOCULT cultivation provides a solution to a more environmentally sustainable cropping management system and protects the delicate and productive global topsoil at a significantly reduced level of expenditure.  Its environmental benefits, soil management, cost savings and productivity gains are revolutionary in agriculture.  It effectively reduces total field preparation to a one machine - one pass operation versus currently up to 4 to 10+ passes with a variety of different agricultural machinery implements. The ROTOCULT provides dual benefits of significantly lowering agricultural input expenditure and developing new environmental opportunities, including potential carbon credits.  The environmental benefits include reducing hydrocarbon emissions, preserving subsoil moisture, reducing topsoil erosion, promoting soil microorganism activity, promote stronger root growth, cost-effective alternative to chemical topping, minimum or strategic tillage, minimized soil compaction by controlled traffic movements, improving salt affected soils, reduced soil carbon release and greenhouse gas production, mulching and incorporating vegetation throughout the cultivation zone, improved germination, reduced fertilizer application, maximum (adjustable) 450mm depth cultivation, minimal dust/top soil loss due to below ground cutting action, no residual "hard rolled" subsurface, minimal subsoil water runoff reducing erosion and pollution of rivers and coastal areas.
